Changes recorded on this phone. They only take effect after the file has reached the Parish Record Keeper application on the computer and somebody has imported it there (Server actions → change notes from phones), and the online database is uploaded again.
Needs network and a login. The file waits on the server until the computer fetches it – no WhatsApp, e-mail or cable needed. The two buttons below are the old way, for when there is no network or the parish does not use the server.
Every note listed below is always included, green ones too: a note stays here, and keeps going to the computer, until you delete it. The computer tells you which notes it has already applied, so nothing is entered twice by accident.
Offline copy

You must be online and logged in at parishrecordkeeper.com for the download. If the download says you are not logged in, use the login button above. Figures are as of the moment of download.
Searching always uses the offline copy on this phone, even when the network is available. To see the newest data, refresh the copy here first.
PIN
A PIN stops others who pick up this phone from opening the parish data. It is a courtesy lock, not encryption.
Transport booking
Switch this on if the parish also gave you a booking username, for seats on the parish bus or lorry. It is a second username, different from the reports one, and it puts a "transport booking" link in the bar at the top.
Booking always needs a network: the free seats are counted at the moment of booking, so a copy kept on the phone could sell the same seat twice.
Remove everything
Logging out on the website does not affect this app: the offline copy and any change notes on this phone stay fully usable. A login is only needed again to download a fresh copy.
